Under David’s leadership, Falcon Development has assembled a strong team that includes experienced project managers, estimators, and site supervisors who operate within a structured project management and cost-control system. This team approach allows Falcon to manage projects efficiently while maintaining the craftsmanship and attention to detail that clients expect. David’s background as both a builder and real estate developer provides a unique perspective on every project Falcon undertakes. He understands not only how to construct a building, but how to plan and execute projects in a way that creates long-term value for property owners and communities. Today, David continues to guide Falcon Development’s growth throughout Western North Carolina, maintaining the company’s commitment to quality construction, strong relationships, and helping clients bring their ideas and dreams to life.

Chris joined Falcon Construction in November 2023 as COO. Responsibilities include driving operational improvements, developing staff, project management oversight and support and acting as a key advisor to others on strategy, budgeting, and organizational growth. Chris's interest in the construction industry started in his teens. He graduated from Vermont State University Randolph Campus with a degree in architecture and engineering. Chris has over 40 years of experience working in the residential, commercial, institutional, and historic preservation/restoration sectors. He also enjoys the many relationships fostered over the years with clients, peers, architects, engineers, and trade contractors. After yearly vacations spent in Asheville beginning in 2004, Chris and his wife, Ann, moved to the area from New Hampshire in 2015. In his free time, Chris can be seen cycling the numerous mountain and valley roads of Western North Carolina.

Logan Needham is the Senior Site Manager at Falcon Construction, where he brings a hands-on leadership style and a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship. Logan has developed a reputation for successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion, with attention to detail and ability to keep projects both on schedule and on budget. He specializes in restaurant buildouts and historic building renovations, combining modern construction practices with careful respect for architectural heritage. Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid fly fisherman and can often be found exploring rivers and streams in search of the perfect catch. He also enjoys disc golf, appreciating the mix of strategy and relaxation the sport offers. Logan loves calling Waynesville home with his wife Miranda and beloved pup Petey, who you’ll find on the job site with him every day!

I've been a project manager at Falcon since 2024. I've been focused on rebuilding flooded, historic commercial properties in Biltmore Village since hurricane Helene. Since 2010 I have worked for myself as a developer and consultant on residential, commercial and industrial projects around Asheville. I have a mechanical engineering degree and hold an NC GC license. I have lived in Asheville since 2002 and enjoy mountain biking, playing soccer and hiking with my dog, Wynston. I also enjoy sailing and have an ASA Sailing Instructor Certification, so when I'm not working in Asheville, you can find me on the water at Lake James or in the FL Keys.

Dustin serves as the company’s Preconstruction Manager and Estimator, bringing more than 15 years of experience across a wide range of construction disciplines. His background spans project management, client collaboration, new home construction, remodeling, and finish carpentry, giving him both a technical and hands-on understanding of how projects come together from concept to completion.  Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Dustin worked with new home builders before owning a finish carpentry business. These experiences shaped his practical, solutions-focused approach to preconstruction and budgeting. He relocated to Asheville in 2025 and enjoys being part of the area’s growing construction and design community.  Outside the office, Dustin is an avid concertgoer with a particular love for heavy metal music. He also enjoys photography, movies, and spending time with his girlfriend and two dogs. 

Shannon joined Falcon Construction in 2022, bridging the gap between financial accuracy and project efficiency in construction. She brings a variety of skills from over 13 years of office management including transitioning into electronic health records, which required meticulous attention to compliance and process optimization. Her goal is to create seamless administrative and financial operations, freeing up project managers and field teams to deliver exceptional results. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, animals, gardening and traveling with her dog and family.
