Falcon Construction was asked to be the General Contractor for a 1 building, 4-unit condo rebuild following sever damage caused by Hurricane Helene. All 4 units suffered different severity levels of damage, but each condo had unique issues to solve. (multiple trades required) All units had major damage to the roofs and structural stability. Chris Kimmey was the lead on the project and Logan was the onsite work coordinator. Falcon worked tirelessly on getting contractors, permits, and our insurance company on board to achieve the objective. Unfortunately, the completed work was about 5 months delayed but that delay was entirely due to the ability to find available help after an area-wide catastrophic event. The quality of the work done was exactly what was expected. If a similar issue ever happened again at our condo village, I would ask Falcon Construction to be our rebuild construction team leader.
