Dustin serves as the company’s Preconstruction Manager and Estimator, bringing more than 15 years of experience across a wide range of construction disciplines. His background spans project management, client collaboration, new home construction, remodeling, and finish carpentry, giving him both a technical and hands-on understanding of how projects come together from concept to completion. 

Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Dustin worked with new home builders before owning a finish carpentry business. These experiences shaped his practical, solutions-focused approach to preconstruction and budgeting. He relocated to Asheville in 2025 and enjoys being part of the area’s growing construction and design community. 

Outside the office, Dustin is an avid concertgoer with a particular love for heavy metal music. He also enjoys photography, movies, and spending time with his girlfriend and two dogs.
