Logan Needham is the Senior Site Manager at Falcon Construction, where he brings a hands-on leadership style and a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship. He specializes in restaurant buildouts and historic building renovations, combining modern construction practices with careful respect for architectural heritage.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid fly fisherman and can often be found exploring rivers and streams in search of the perfect catch. He also enjoys disc golf, appreciating the mix of strategy and relaxation the sport offers. Logan loves calling Waynesville home with his wife Miranda and beloved pup Petey, who you’ll find on the job site with him every day!
