Tanya started working for Falcon in 2007 where she oversees the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting. Known for her attention to detail and dedication, Tanya helps ensure the organization maintains strong financial practices while supporting the leadership team and overall success of the company. Tanya moved to Asheville in 2004 from a tiny mountain town in Arizona, where she had previously been in the hospitality industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking in the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
